Christie Lynn Weir

Won her first national title in 1965 in Junior Girls. A year later she won Women's tricks at the Masters. In 1969, she placed second in tricks and overall at the World Water Ski Championship. Two years later she won world jumping and overall titles. She held the AWSA Women's slalom record of 5 buoys at 35 feet off from 1972 to 1982. She was a member of the U.S.A. Water Ski Team in 1969 and 1971.
