There is not one section of Australian Water Skiing that Fran Hynes has not been involved in over her 47 years administration in water skiing. She has been involved with every division, Tournament, Barefoot, Ski Racing, Ski Show, Disabled & Kite Flying. Her roles as Secretary, Judge, Chief Judge, Delegate or Committee member of boards over the years is outstanding. Fran was a member of the Moomba Masters organising committee for 48 years, from 1972-2020, an amazing achievement and involvement with this international event. Fran is also an Honorary Secretary of the Victorian Water Ski Association for an incredible 51 years. Judge at 9 World Ski Racing Championships, Assistant Chief Judge at one World Championships, and Chief Judge at another, Fran has served many years, in many different roles, making an impact everywhere she went.
