Whose outstanding achievements and contributions to the sport of water skiing have earned them worldwide recognition and admiration in its finest tradition?  The Masters Water Ski Tournament, which Bo founded in 1959, has become the single most prestigious and lngest running water ski event in the world.  It has celebrated the careers of almost every legendary name the sport has ever produced.  Every chmpion water skier and wakeboarder comes to Callaway Gardens, from all corners of the world, with one goal in mind: the privilege to say the words:

 

"I won the Masters!"  No other tournament holds its prestige or tradition in the eyes of the athletes.

 

Bo Callaway offered up to the water sports community a perfectly authored script that is still being written.  His lasting legacy, The Masters, will continue to inspire future generations to reach the highest level of excellence in the sport.
