Liz was British Ski Racing Champion 7 times, European Champion before her 18th birthday and World Champion before her 21st birthday. She went on to break the British European and World Speed Records and retired undefeated champion of the World. Liz was nominated for the Sports personality of the year award, won the sports writers of the year award, and notably was awarded the MBE for service to the sport. Liz has also been Chair of the Lascelles Fund since its inception in 2003 for British racing.
