Congratulations to the ASU Sun Devil Water Ski Club, recipient of the 2026 USA Water Ski & Wake Sports Foundation Club Grant!
The USA Water Ski & Wake Sports Foundation is proud to recognize the ASU Sun Devil Water Ski Club for its commitment to growing collegiate water skiing and providing student athletes with opportunities to compete, develop leadership skills, and build lifelong friendships through the sport.
Founded in 1994, the ASU Sun Devil Water Ski Club has established itself as one of the premier collegiate water ski programs in the country. Throughout its history, the club has earned a Collegiate National Championship (2001), captured numerous Western Conference Championships, produced more than 85 All American performances, and has been home to several of the sport's top athletes, including world champions and professional skiers.
In recent years, the club has continued to compete at the highest level, finishing among the nation's top collegiate teams despite facing significant challenges after losing access to its longtime practice site. Their resilience, dedication, and commitment to recruiting and developing new skiers reflect the passion that keeps collegiate water skiing thriving.
The Foundation's grant will help support the club's ongoing efforts to provide opportunities for current and future student athletes while continuing the proud tradition of Sun Devil Water Ski.
