The USA Water Ski & Wake Sports and the USA Water Ski & Wake Sports Foundation (formerly the USA Water Ski Foundation) are two distinct organizations within the water skiing and wake sports community.

Family and friends established this scholarship in 2025 to honor Stephanie, a very accomplished water skier. Known as the “Mom” of the SCR Collegiate water skiers, Stephanie Stange would cherish the ability to allow others to continue their education while growing in their passion of waterskiing.

Emma Davis from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has been awarded the $2,680 Steve and Ann Lohr Scholarship.

Madison Martin from Iowa State University has been awarded the $2,500 John Van Gieson Scholarship.

Reece (R.J.) Teter from the University Of Notre Dame has been awarded the $2,000 Elmer Stailing/Southern Region Scholarship.

Reina Itai from the University of Urbana-Champaign has been awarded the $2,000 John Worden Scholarship.

Emma Goldstein from the University of Alabama has been awarded the $2,200 "Banana George" Blair Ambassador Scholarship.
